I ordered this product well over a month ago, received a confirmation of delivery from amazon 2 weeks ago, and it’s still not here. Come on Amazon!!! Where’s the customer service for stuff like this??? I already paid for this frickin item and you people don’t even have the decency to let me know what is going on with the item itself?? I think you can do better! The public expects better! In my opinion – Amazon should STOP using businesses that can’t deliver and step up to the plate to make the Amazon customers feel better about using your site. This is the 3rd product out of 5 that I ordered through you in my past order and I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS. I am seriously contemplating never purchasing through you again!!! I would give this a no-star rating, as it doesn’t even deserve 1 star, however, the system says you must rate it before it publishes the review. If you are thinking about buying this item, DONT. The manufacturer can’t deliver in a timely fashion, after they charge you for it, nor can they communicate their intention about the product ever getting here!!!

my boyfriend bought this mount cause when we moved in together i need the extra space for my stuff on the dresser.
it is nice having the tv on the wall and it is even better to be able to tilt it down when we open the futon at night.
i did try to help with the instalation but got frustrated pretty fast (plus i broke a nail). the manual is really bad but luckly my husband-to-be is great at puzzles. anyway it is a great product and i dont know why i didnt think about it before. there are no reason to keep on sitting our tvs on furnitures the way our parents did giving that our tvs are as flat as most hanging wall decor.

I am not an expert on mounting TVs . . . . . was able to mount Sony XBR 52 with help. Called Electrician to wire up and attach Dish/Cable etc and put a Levitron in wall surge protector($35). Went to home depot and Lowes 2 times to get screws. Seller called back to review my initial 2 star rating and seemed concerned. I guess mounting with any other brand probably would need some technical niche.
End result= we r happy!!

Good wall mount in how it installs but is tight if you have to add or change cables.
